Product(s) once ordered will be shipped within 10-15 working days and once shipped it will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days.
For returns or exchange of a product you must inform us within 5 days of delivery of that product. Please send an email to info@ediplshop.com with the order number and attach an image of the product purchased. Once you have mailed us and your request for return/exchange is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. We would require the product to be returned in its original packing. Once the returned order is received, we reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges. Product(s) which show signs of wear and tear /or being damaged will not be eligible for returns or exchanged and will be couriered back to you. You agree not to dispute and accept the final decision made by EDIPL regarding the return/exchange request. Please note that product sent as an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.
EDIPL reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel, part or full, any confirmed order on the following grounds:
- In the event of a technical and/or typing error in the prices or other details of the products contained on the webpage when the order was placed.
- Due to lack of availability of the product.
- When the security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- If EDIPL is unable to deliver the order to the address provided.
If your order is cancelled by EDIPL after your payment is received, the amount will be refunded to the account/card used for making the payment. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by EDIPL Furniture and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
